SONA 2012

SONA 2012
Last July 23, 2012 is the day when President Noynoy Aquino delivered his third  SONA.
He said that it wasn’t too long ago when he began to dream again; when, united, he choose the straight and  righteous path; when he began to cast aside the culture of wang-wang not only in their streets but in every sector of society.
The recent SONA of President Aquino focused on his achievements particularly on the improvement of the economy, success in the anti-corruption campaign, modernization if the AFP, better governance and many others.
As usual I was convinced of his SONA. He presented the problem left by the previous administration. I hope that he will do his duties and responsibilities honestly. I salute you P-NOY.

 VEGETABLES your my hero!!!

Every human being is the author of his/her own health or disease.
Eating a healthy vegetable has shown to prevent a number of diseases. Children will follow example. If you eat healthy, and how much you enjoy it, they will follow. Let’s change this generation and make them move consciously aware of what they are putting in their bodies. Feed them love, fruits and vegetable. Green vegetables  are full  of  natural vitamin’s and minerals. To strengthen your immunity. To satisfy your sweet tooth add one colorful fresh or dried fruits to increase your vitamin intake.
